Managing change within a continually changing community and voluntary sector is part of management committee roles and responsibilities whilst also providing the activities and projects connected with their group. 

Community Change offers their independent facilitation and training services in change management to build skills and develop the capacity of voluntary committees and boards in the following areas:

• Change Management
• Implementing Change
• Reviewing and changing practice
• Action planning for Change

Community Change also provides “generic” training sessions which focuses on a general overview of any of the above topics. Groups attending can then request group specific facilitation and support in that area if they require it.
