Community Change offers their independent 1.1 facilitation and training services in the following areas to build skills and develop the capacity of voluntary committees and boards in the following areas:

• Agreeing financial polices and procedures
• Reviewing / Implementing financial Polices and Practices
• Introduction to Financial Sustainability
• Understanding Full Cost Recovery

Community Change also provides “generic” training sessions which focuses on a general overview of any of the above topics. Groups attending can then request 1.1 facilitation and support in that area if they need more group specific support.
