Good Relations

Within Northern Ireland Good Relations unto recently has had a cross community emphasis as a means of reducing sectarianisms. With the changing diversity with NI society that emphasis has changed to have a much wider multi-cultural focus and incorporate other forms of Good Relations. Work such as anti racism, intergenerational work etc.

Within management committees and boards good relations and inclusion within and between their communities is an ongoing aspect of community activity.

Community Change offers their independent facilitation and training services in change management to build skills and develop the capacity of voluntary committees and boards in the following areas:

  • Facilitated discussion regarding Good Relations and Inclusion topic / issues
  • Reviewing the committee and / or group activities
  • How to involve others not present
  • How ( NOT ) to exclude
  • Understanding what is meant by Good Relations in your community
