Organisational DevelopmentOrganisations develop and change over time and organisational development is part of a natural development process. Management committees and boards need to incorporate organisational development into their roles and responsibilities on a continual basis whilst also providing the activities and projects connected with their group.

Community Change offers their independent facilitation and training services in the following areas to build skills and develop the capacity of voluntary committees and boards in the following areas related to organisational development:

  • Developing new working practices/polices/procedures
  • Reviewing and renewing 
  • Constitutional Reviews

Some comments from groups worked with in this area:

Community Change also provides “generic” training sessions which focuses on a general overview of any of the above topics. Groups attending can then request group specific facilitation and support in that area if they require it.
