Ardoyne
Women’s Group’s new voluntary management
committee asked us to support them in working more effectively
as a new committee. The training helped build commitment within
the group and the production of a three-year strategic plan.
Belfast Exposed asked us
for help with managing a change process; they wanted to restructure
their management and become more professional. We facilitated
development sessions with staff, volunteers and management committee,
leading to the recruitment of a manager and the development
of a more facilitative approach in working with user groups.
The Black Youth Network asked us to meet with
their members to discuss the process of establishing a voluntary
management committee and to raise awareness of roles and responsibilities
and support available for committees. |
