Arts and Disability Forum asked us to support
them in reviewing their business plan and developing realistic
objectives and targets based on making the best use of resources.
The North East Institute Equality
Group asked us to facilitate a session on values and
equitable working in relation to policy and good practice. This
resulted in the group setting goals and reaching agreement on
how they might realise their vision.
Greater West Belfast Community Association
asked us to support them in identifying how they might become
more self-sustaining in the future. We worked with them to determine
the cost effectiveness of setting up a community-based business.
